Documents usually required

Common questions
How many directors do I need for a private limited company?
A private limited company needs at least two directors and two shareholders, and at least one director must be resident in India. We'll check the latest rules for your case.
Can a foreign national or NRI be a director?
Yes, subject to the residency requirement for at least one director. Additional documents and apostille or notarisation may be needed. We guide you through it.
Do I need a physical office?
You need a registered office address with proof. Many founders use a residential address or a rented space with the owner's NOC.
