GST Registration, handled end to end
Get your GSTIN without the back-and-forth on the portal, then stay compliant with monthly returns, reconciliations and notices.
What is GST registration?
GST registration gives your business a GSTIN, which lets you collect GST from customers, claim input tax credit on your purchases and issue valid tax invoices. We handle the application end to end, from document checks to the final certificate.
Who needs to register?
- Businesses whose annual turnover crosses the prescribed GST threshold (the limit differs for goods, services and certain states).
- Anyone making inter-state supplies of taxable goods or services, in most cases.
- E-commerce sellers and businesses selling through online marketplaces.
- Persons required to deduct or collect tax at source, and certain other categories under the GST law.
- Businesses that simply want to claim input tax credit or work with larger buyers who insist on a GSTIN.
Thresholds and exemptions change, so we confirm what applies to you before you apply.
Documents usually required
- PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor, partners or directors
- Photograph of the applicant(s)
- Proof of business address: rent agreement with NOC, or ownership proof such as a property tax receipt or electricity bill
- Bank account proof: cancelled cheque or the first page of the passbook
- For companies, LLPs and firms: certificate of incorporation or partnership deed, and the authorisation for the signatory
How we do it

- Books vs GSTR-2B reconciliation and input tax credit review
- Refunds, amendments and cancellation
- Reply to GST notices and departmental representation
- GST annual return, where applicable
Common questions
Can I register without a shop or office?
Yes, in many cases a home address works as the principal place of business, with the right proof and consent from the owner. We guide you on what to submit.
I sell only through an online marketplace. Do I need GST?
Usually yes. Online sellers generally need a GSTIN regardless of turnover, with some exceptions. We check your situation.
Is registration possible if I have multiple states?
You generally need a separate registration in each state where you have a place of business. We help you plan this.
