CA services for EV charging station investors
End-to-end accounting, tax and compliance for people who invest in EV charging stations: from company formation to the annual tax audit.
You own the station. We handle the books, taxes and filings.
Investing in an EV charging station is a business: you earn from charging sessions, you pay tax on that income, and you have registrations and filings to keep up with. We act as your finance and compliance team, so you can focus on the investment, not the paperwork.

Common questions
What do I need to set up first?
Usually a company (or LLP) with DSC, MOA/AOA and a certificate of incorporation, then PAN, TAN and a GST registration in the station's state. We handle it so you're ready before go-live.
How do you reconcile charging settlements with my books?
Each month we review the settlement sheet from your charging network, match it against your books and bank entries, raise the B2B invoice, and file TDS and GST on the reconciled numbers.
Should I invest through a company or in my own name?
It depends on your other income, number of stations, borrowing plans and long-term goals. We compare the options in a free consultation before you decide.
I already own a station. Can you take over my books?
Yes. We review your past filings and books, fix what is pending, and take over from the current period.
